 World famous Kramer's Equipment Company was established by Lieutenant Colonel Israel J. Kramer, U.S. (Army Corps. of Engineers, retired) in 1947, as an army surplus supply, selling jeeps, submarines, planes, tanks and rigging equipment. As the army surplus market diminished Kramer Equipment, under the guidance of Colonel Kramer, became a world wide supplier of rigging equipment and construction supplies. The company has been a supplier for S.W.A.T. teams, police departments, FBI, CIA, other government agencies, masons and roofers. Neal Kramer, son of Colonel Kramer, is currently president.
